I’m someone who feels most alive when I’m moving my body, whether I’m in the gym doing cardio or strength training, tapping into the discipline I built as a former figure competitor and gymnast, riding my bike, or exploring my newest passion: pole dancing.
I nourish my mind through yoga and books, and I express creativity in the kitchen, where cooking brings me joy. The beach is my happy place, and I’m slowly ticking off a long, adventure-filled travel bucket list. Some of my favorite memories are from cozy nights in with friends and family — cooking, playing cards, and laughing together.
