Outside of my work as a dietitian, I value balance and joy in everyday life. I love being active and spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, playing tennis or ping-pong, or hitting the gym, movement is essential to my well-being.

I’m also very social and enjoy sharing meaningful moments with friends and family. Game nights, outings, and discovering new restaurants and cafés are some of the ways I stay inspired—especially through new flavours and food experiences that reflect my passion for nutrition in all its forms.

These moments fuel my energy and enrich both my personal life and professional practice.
