Outside of my role as a dietitian, I enjoy staying active and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I run regularly, which helps me recharge and stay energized. I also love reading — both professional resources and novels — and unwinding with a good movie. Discovering new restaurants and exploring different cuisines is another passion of mine, as trying new flavours is a constant source of inspiration.
