Kamélia Faraj, registered dietitian in Montreal, holds a bachelor’s degree in nutrition (Faculty of Medicine) and in psychology, both from the University of Montreal. She is a member of the Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec (OPDQ).
To help her clients achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle in the long term, Kamélia makes sure to put them at the heart of her interventions, considering not only their reality, but also their motivations and needs. To identify those elements, she considers active listening and teamwork to be essential.
Through her internships, she has gained knowledge about various conditions, including kidney failure, oncology, gastrointestinal diseases and discomforts, high blood pressure, weight management, eating disorder, sports nutrition and vegetarianism, to name a few.
Also active in the field of communication, Kamélia possesses strong skills in teaching and sharing knowledge. She will accompany and support you to achieve your goals and help you to acquire healthy lifestyle habits, by maintaining (or developing) a healthy relationship with food.
