- 4 slices of nitrite-free prosciutto
- 24 dates, pitted
- 4-5 fresh rosemary sprigs
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Cut each prosciutto slice into 6 strips (you want about 24 strips total).
- Wrap one strip of prosciutto tightly around each date.
- Place a small sprig of fresh rosemary under the dates and arrange the dates on the baking sheet, seam side down.
