Ingredients

  • 4 slices of nitrite-free prosciutto 
  • 24 dates, pitted 
  • 4-5 fresh rosemary sprigs 

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Cut each prosciutto slice into 6 strips (you want about 24 strips total).
  3. Wrap one strip of prosciutto tightly around each date.
  4. Place a small sprig of fresh rosemary under the dates and arrange the dates on the baking sheet, seam side down.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the prosciutto is lightly crisped, and the rosemary is fragrant.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
