Ingredients
- 250 g halloumi, cut into 16 pieces
- 2 fresh plums
- Fresh thyme, to taste
Preparation
- Cut the plums in half lengthwise, then quarter each half.
- Air-fry the halloumi at 400° F (200° C) for 3 minutes.
- Add the plum pieces to the basket and air-fry for another 5-6 minutes or until the plums are softened and the halloumi is golden brown.
- Top the halloumi with the plum pieces and a sprinkle of fresh thyme. Enjoy warm.
