Ingredients

  • 250 g halloumi, cut into 16 pieces   
  • 2 fresh plums
  • Fresh thyme, to taste 

Preparation

  1. Cut the plums in half lengthwise, then quarter each half.
  2. Air-fry the halloumi at 400° F (200° C) for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the plum pieces to the basket and air-fry for another 5-6 minutes or until the plums are softened and the halloumi is golden brown.
  4. Top the halloumi with the plum pieces and a sprinkle of fresh thyme. Enjoy warm.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months
