Ingredients

  • 2 peaches, cut into wedges 
  • 250 ml (1 cup) strawberries, halved
  • 125 ml (½ cup) blueberries 
  • 125 ml (½ cup) raspberries 
  • Fresh mint, to taste 
  • Flaky salt, to taste 
  • Lemon zest, to taste

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, place all the fruits. 
  2. Top with mint, salt, and lemon zest. Mix well before serving or dividing into containers for your lunches.
