Ingredients
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 10 raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ lemon, juiced and zested (or 30 ml / 2 tbsp of juice)
- A few Ice cubes
- Sparkling water
Preparation
- Blend the raspberries, blueberries and lemon juice until smooth. Add a small amount of water if needed for consistency
- Pour mixture into a glass with ice cubes, then top with sparkling water and lemon zest. Stir and enjoy
