Ingredients

  • 60 ml (¼ cup) dried cranberries
  • The juice of ½ lemon (or 30 ml (2 tbsp))
  • 2 cloves garlic or ½ shallot
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) Dijon mustard
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) honey
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) sherry vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Water, to preference (about ¼ - ⅓ cup)

Preparation
