Ingredients
Mediterranean Spice Mix:
- 10 mL (2 teaspoons) dried savory
- 10 mL (2 teaspoons) dried thyme
- 10 mL (2 teaspoons) onion powder
- 10 mL (2 teaspoons) dried marjoram
- 5 mL (1 teaspoon) dried sage
- 5 mL (1 teaspoon) dried rosemary
- 5 mL (1 teaspoon) dried oregano
Italian Spice Mix:
- 15 mL (1 tablespoon) dried oregano
- 10 mL (2 teaspoons) dried marjoram
- 10 mL (2 teaspoons) dried thyme
- 10 mL (2 teaspoons) dried rosemary
- 5 mL (1 teaspoon) dried basil
- 5 mL (1 teaspoon) dried savory
- 2 mL (½ teaspoon) ground sage
Mexican Spice Mix:
- 22 ml (1 ½ tablespoon) ground chili
- 10 mL (2 teaspoons) ground paprika
- 10 mL (2 teaspoons) dried oregano
- 5 mL (1 teaspoon) ground cumin
- 5 mL (1 teaspoon) onion powder
- 5 mL (1 teaspoon) garlic powder
- 2 mL (½ teaspoon) crushed chili flakes (optional)
Indian spice mix:
- 15 mL (1 tablespoon.) cumin
- 10 mL (2 teaspoon) dried coriander
- 10 mL (2 teaspoons) ground cardamom
- 7.5 mL (1 ½ teaspoons) cinnamon
- 5 mL (1 teaspoon) pepper
- 2 mL (½ teaspoon) ground ginger
- 2.5 mL (1/2 teaspoon) nutmeg
- 1 mL (¼ teaspoon) ground cloves
Preparation
- In an airtight container, mix all ingredients.
