
A quick and easy homemade drinkable yogurt, perfect for busy mornings or as a refreshing snack loved by all. It offers a great balance of protein and carbohydrates for a satisfying snack, just as recommended by our family dietitians. For a colourful, antioxidant-rich twist, I love to add a pinch of turmeric!

Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) 0% vanilla Greek yogurt (or Skyr)
- 125 ml (½ cup) 2% milk
- 1 fresh mango, peeled and chopped (or 250 ml / 1 cup of fruit of your choice)
- 1 ml (¼ tsp) ground turmeric, optional
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into airtight containers or enjoy immediately.
Notes
Keeps for up to 3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in the freezer in popsicle moulds.
For a vegan version, replace the yogurt with soft silken tofu and the milk with an unsweetened fortified plant-based beverage.
