- 2 eggs
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) ground flaxseeds
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) crumbled feta cheese
- 5 ml (1 tsp) fresh chives, chopped
- 1 pinch sumac
- Pepper to taste

- 60 ml (1/4 cup) cherry tomatoes, diced

Preparation
