Ingredients
- 125 ml (½ cup) 0% plain Greek yogurt
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice (or lime)
- 22.5 ml (1 ½ tbsp) curry powder
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) honey (or maple syrup)
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove (5 ml / 1 tsp), finely chopped
- Pepper and salt, to taste
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth.
- Use to marinate your favourite protein or grilled vegetables.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
