165 ml (⅔ cup) of skim milk

30 ml (2 tbsp) of powdered peanut butter

2 original Weetabix biscuits

125 ml (½ cup) of berries of choice

15 ml (1 tbsp) of unsalted roasted pumpkin seeds

7.5 ml (½ tbsp) of maple syrup
Preparation

In a bowl, mix the milk with the peanut butter powder. Add the Weetabix and let soak for 1 minute.

Mix well and heat in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.

Top with berries and pumpkin seeds, then drizzle with maple syrup.
