Ingredients

  • 165 ml (⅔ cup) of skim milk

  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of powdered peanut butter

  • 2 original Weetabix biscuits

  • 125 ml (½ cup) of berries of choice

  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) of unsalted roasted pumpkin seeds

  • 7.5 ml (½ tbsp) of maple syrup

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the milk with the peanut butter powder. Add the Weetabix and let soak for 1 minute.

  2. Mix well and heat in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.

  3. Top with berries and pumpkin seeds, then drizzle with maple syrup.

Consume immediately. Do not freeze.
