Ingredients

  • 187 ml (¾ cup) sweetened vanilla soy beverage

  • 187 ml (¾ cup) frozen strawberries

  • 125 ml (½ cup) cooked rhubarb *

  • 125 ml (½ cup) 0% M.F. plain Greek yogurt

  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

Keeps for 5 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container. 

Can be frozen for up to 3 months: pour the smoothie into ice cube trays for easy defrosting and a quick breakfast option.
