Miso Dressing

Originally from Japan, miso has many virtues and an incomparable taste. Its salty touch is a perfect addition to vinaigrettes and goes well with all kinds of salads.

Ingredients

  • 75 mL (5 tablespoons) olive oil
  • 60 mL (4 tablespoons) rice vinegar
  • 30 mL (2 tablespoons) maple syrup
  • 15 mL (1 tablespoon) miso
  • 10 mL (2 teaspoon) soy sauce
  • 5 mL (1 teaspoon) fresh ginger, grated
  • 2,5 mL (½ teaspoon) sesame oil

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients using a whisk.
  2. Transfer to a salad dressing container or pour directly over your salads.
