Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) almond flour
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) pure maple syrup
- 10 ml (2 tsp) vanilla extract
- 5 ml (1 tsp) baking powder
- A sprinkle of sea salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until a sticky dough forms.
- Shape the dough into a log, then divide it into 12 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball.
- On a lined baking sheet, flatten each ball into a cookie shape. If desired, sprinkle with cracked sea salt.
- Bake for 12 minutes. Let the cookies cool for 3 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
