- 1 can (540 ml) of chickpeas
- 60 ml (¼ cup) 0% plain greek yogurt
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) lemon juice
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) olive oil
- Salt, pepper, parsley and paprika to taste
