Ingredients

  • 1 can (540 ml) of chickpeas
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) 0% plain greek yogurt
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) lemon juice
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, parsley and paprika to taste

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in the food processor or blender. Mix until smooth and even.
