Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) rolled oats
- 375 ml (1 ½ cups) high protein milk (such as Natrel Plus)
- 125 ml (½ cup) plain 0% Greek yogourt
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) whole chia seeds
- 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
- 125 ml (½ cup) fresh blueberries
- Lemon zest, to taste
Preparation
- In 2 mason jars or airtight containers, combine all the ingredients except blueberries and lemon zest.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, stir and adjust the texture with a splash of milk if needed.
- Top with the blueberries and lemon zest.
