Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) rolled oats
  • 375 ml (1 ½ cups) high protein milk (such as Natrel Plus)
  • 125 ml (½ cup) plain 0% Greek yogourt
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) whole chia seeds
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
  • 125 ml (½ cup) fresh blueberries
  • Lemon zest, to taste 

Preparation

  1. In 2 mason jars or airtight containers, combine all the ingredients except blueberries and lemon zest.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 4 hours).
  3. In the morning, stir and adjust the texture with a splash of milk if needed.
  4. Top with the blueberries and lemon zest.

Notes

Keeps for 5 days in the refrigerator or 3 months in the freezer.
