1 slice of whole grain bread, toasted

50 g (2 oz) goat cheese, 12% M.F.

1 fig, sliced in thin vertical slices

5 ml (1 tsp) chopped pistachios

2.5 ml (½ tsp) honey
Preparation
- Top the toasted bread with goat cheese, then layer on figs and pistachios
- Finish with a drizzle of honey
