Ingredients

  • 1 slice of whole grain bread, toasted 

  • 50 g (2 oz) goat cheese, 12% M.F. 

  • 1 fig, sliced in thin vertical slices 

  • 5 ml (1 tsp) chopped pistachios 

  • 2.5 ml (½ tsp) honey

Preparation

  1. Top the toasted bread with goat cheese, then layer on figs and pistachios
  2. Finish with a drizzle of honey
