Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 250 ml (1 cup) 2% M.F. cottage cheese
- 1 ml (¼ tsp) onion powder (or garlic powder)
- 2 ml (½ tsp) dried oregano (or Italian seasoning)
- Pepper, to taste
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) cornstarch
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
- In a small bowl, using an immersion blender, mix all the ingredients until smooth.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, pour the mixture* and gently spread it into the desired shape.
- Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden. Baking time may vary depending on your oven.
- Let cool slightly before cutting into pieces or using as a pizza base or wrap.
Notes
Keeps for 5 days in the refrigerator or 3 months in the freezer, in an airtight container.
*The mixture will be liquid before baking — that’s normal. It will spread naturally on the baking sheet.
