Ingredients
- 600 g (about 2 large) sweet potatoes*, cut into sticks
- Cooking spray
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) cornstarch
- 5 ml (1 tsp) mild smoked paprika
- 2.5 ml (½ tsp) garlic powder
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) finely grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 °F (200 °C).
- In a large bowl, place the sweet potato sticks. Lightly spray with oil.
- Add the cornstarch, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well to coat evenly.
- Transfer the sticks to the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway and again at three-quarters of the cooking time, or until the fries are tender and slightly golden.
