Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) boiling water
- 4 hibiscus tea bags
- 1 lime, juiced (30 ml or 2 tbsp)
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh grated ginger
- 10 ml (2 tsp) honey
Preparation
- Steep the tea bags in boiling water, then refrigerate for 60 minutes or overnight.
- To make the mocktail, combine half of all the ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake well, strain into a glass, and serve.
- Repeat with the second mocktail.
