Ingredients

  • 500 ml (2 cups) boiling water 
  • 4 hibiscus tea bags 
  • 1 lime, juiced (30 ml or 2 tbsp)
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh grated ginger 
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) honey 

Preparation

  1. Steep the tea bags in boiling water, then refrigerate for 60 minutes or overnight.
  2. To make the mocktail, combine half of all the ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake well, strain into a glass, and serve.
  3. Repeat with the second mocktail.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
