- ½ package (250 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 125 ml (½ cup) light mayonnaise
- 125 ml (½ cup) plain Greek yogurt, 0% MF
- 7.5 ml (½ tbsp) salt-free herb seasoning mix (e.g., DASH Original Blend)
- 2.5 ml (½ tsp) hot sauce (e.g., Sriracha), optional
