Ingredients

  • ½ package (250 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 125 ml (½ cup) light mayonnaise
  • 125 ml (½ cup) plain Greek yogurt, 0% MF
  • 7.5 ml (½ tbsp) salt-free herb seasoning mix (e.g., DASH Original Blend)
  • 2.5 ml (½ tsp) hot sauce (e.g., Sriracha), optional

Preparation

Keeps for up to 5 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Does not freeze.
