Ingredients

300 g (1 ⅔ cup) of frozen green peas, thawed

½ lemon, juice and zest

30 ml (2 tbsp) of olive oil

1 clove of garlic

8g of fresh mint leaves

Pepper and salt, to taste
To serve (optional)

Feta cheese

Whole grain pita breads, cut into triangles and toasted
Preparation
- In a food processor, place all the ingredients and puree until coarse. If needed, add water to the blender until desired consistency (1 tbsp at a time)
- To serve, spread on a plate, and garnish with feta and a drizzle of olive oil, if desired.
- Serve with toasted pita chips
