Ingredients

80 ml (⅓ cup) 0% plain Greek yogurt

15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil

15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice

10 ml (2 tsp) nutritional yeast

10 ml (2 tsp) honey

7.5 ml (½ tbsp) dried oregano (or 1 tbsp fresh oregano)

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1 ml (¼ tsp) salt

Preparation
- In a large resealable plastic bag (such as a Ziploc), combine the marinade ingredients and the tofu (or other protein of choice).
- Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, ideally between 4 and 6 hours.
- Cook using your preferred method.
Notes
Marinated tofu can be stored in the refrigerator for 6-7 days or in the freezer for 2 months.
**Do not reuse the marinade if it has come into contact with raw meat.
