Ingredients

Fruit skewers

  • 12 hulled strawberries
  • 18 grapes
  • 18 blueberries
    or other fruits of your choice (banana, melon, raspberries, etc.)

Chocolate dip

  • 180 ml (¾ cup) 2 % M.F. cottage cheese (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 20 ml (4 tsp) natural peanut butter (or natural almond butter)
  • 20 ml (4 tsp) maple syrup (or date purée)
  • ½ scoop (15 ml / 1 tbsp) chocolate (or vanilla) protein powder*

Preparation

  1. Thread the fruit onto skewers, alternating colours. Set aside.
  2. In a food processor, add the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, nut butter, maple syrup and protein powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve the skewers with the chocolate dip.

Notes

Keeps for 5 days in the refrigerator.

*If you don’t have protein powder, it can be omitted. In that case, adjust the sweetness of the dip by modifying the amount of maple syrup to taste.
