Ingredients

  • 125 ml (½ cup) 2% cottage cheese
  • 1 mini cucumber, sliced
  • ½ tomato, diced
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) hemp seeds
  • A drizzle of basil-infused oil (or olive oil)
  • A drizzle of balsamic reduction*

Preparation

  1. In a serving bowl, place the cottage cheese.
