Ingredients
- 450 g (1 lb) extra-firm tofu, cut into sticks
- Canola oil spray
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) nutritional yeast
- 5 ml (1 tsp) smoked paprika
- 2 ml (½ tsp) BBQ seasoning*
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
- Place the tofu sticks in a bowl. Lightly spray with oil and toss gently to coat.
- Add the nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, and BBQ seasoning. Toss gently.
- Arrange the tofu sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, turning the sticks halfway through.
- Turn off the oven and leave the baking sheet inside for 10 minutes, or until the sticks are golden and crispy.
Notes
Keeps for 5 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
