Ingredients

  • 400 g (about 3 cups) Brussels sprouts, washed and halved

  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) honey

  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) balsamic vinegar

  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped garlic

  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) vegetable oil

  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard

  • Pepper and salt, to taste

  • 60 ml (¼ cup) freshly grated Parmesan 

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, honey, oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the Brussels sprouts and toss well to coat.

  2. Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes at 375°F (190°C). Make sure to stir a few times during cooking to ensure even cooking.

  3. Garnish with the Parmesan before serving.

Notes

Keeps for 5 days in the refrigerator. Reheat in the air fryer for about 5 minutes at 350°F.
