400 g (about 3 cups) Brussels sprouts, washed and halved

30 ml (2 tbsp) honey

30 ml (2 tbsp) balsamic vinegar

15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped garlic

15 ml (1 tbsp) vegetable oil

15 ml (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard

Pepper and salt, to taste

60 ml (¼ cup) freshly grated Parmesan
Preparation

In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, honey, oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the Brussels sprouts and toss well to coat.

Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes at 375°F (190°C). Make sure to stir a few times during cooking to ensure even cooking.
