- 4 medium zucchinis, diced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 7.5 ml (½ tbsp) smoked paprika
- 5 ml (1 tsp) garlic powder
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 ml (¼ tsp) hot sauce (such as Red Hot), optional
Preparation
