Ingredients

  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) cocoa powder
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) oat flour
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) sugar
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) plain Greek yogurt, 0% MF
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 ml (¼ tsp) vanilla extract (optional)
  • 22 ml (1 ½ tbsp) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl or large mug, mix the cocoa powder, oat flour, and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until the batter is smooth and well combined.
