Ingredients
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) plain 0% Greek yogurt*
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) apple cider vinegar
- 1 ml (¼ tsp) salt
*For a low-FODMAP version, choose lactose-free Greek yogurt.
Preparation
- In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Scrape down the sides of the processor and blend again if needed to fully combine.
- Transfer to a glass airtight container and refrigerate.
