With just a few pantry staples, it’s perfect for sandwiches, veggie sticks, crackers, or homemade fries.

Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) plain 0% Greek yogurt*
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ml (¼ tsp) salt

*For a low-FODMAP version, choose lactose-free Greek yogurt.

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Scrape down the sides of the processor and blend again if needed to fully combine.
  3. Transfer to a glass airtight container and refrigerate.

Notes

Keeps for 5 days in the fridge in an airtight container.
