2 tbsp (30 ml) whole wheat flour

2 tsp (10 ml) brown sugar

2 tbsp (30 ml) 2% milk

¼ tsp (1 ml) vanilla extract

⅓ cup (85 ml) fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix the flours, brown sugar, baking powder, and egg white until a sticky dough forms.
- Stir in the milk and vanilla until smooth.
- Place the blueberries at the bottom of a mug with at least a 250 ml (1 cup) capacity, and pour the batter over the top.
- Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes*, or until a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.
