- 2 frozen bananas, cut into large chunks
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) unsweetened soy beverage
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) peanut butter*
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) cocoa powder
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a food processor.
- Blend for about 1 minute, scraping the sides with a spatula, until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or freeze in an airtight container for 1 hour for a firmer consistency.
