Ingredients

4 ears of corn, husked

Optional Topping:

85 ml (⅓ cup) fresh basil

30 ml (2 tbsp) water

30 ml (2 tbsp) grated Parmesan cheese

15 ml (1 tbsp) chia seeds

15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice

1 clove garlic

Pepper and salt, to taste
Preparation

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (205°C).

Lightly spray the corn with oil and cook for 14 minutes, turning the ears halfway through.

If desired, blend all the topping ingredients in a food processor while the corn is cooking.

Once cooked, spread the topping on the corn using a knife.
Notes
Keeps for 5 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
The corn can also be enjoyed as is or with your favourite seasonings.
*For this, you can use aerosol oils or equip yourself with an oil sprayer in which you can pour your own oil of choice. This helps limit the amount of added fat in recipes while covering the food well with oil.
