- 250 ml (1 cup) plain Greek yogurt, 0%
- 125 ml (½ cup) shredded cucumber, strained
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1.5 ml (¼ tsp) salt
- Pepper, to taste
- Dill, to taste
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Adjust seasoning to taste.
