Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) plain Greek yogurt, 0% 
  • 125 ml (½ cup) shredded cucumber, strained 
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 ml (¼ tsp) salt
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Dill, to taste 

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Adjust seasoning to taste.
