Where can I find my client account?
To access your client account, go to the TeamNutrition home page, click on the "my account" tab and then "my client account". You can also click here to go directly to the login page.
The login information can be found in the email you received after your first appointment with your dietitian. If you haven’t received the email, check out the next question.
I don't remember how to log in to my client account or I didn't receive the email with my login information.
If you did not receive the email containing your login information, please check your junk mail first.
If you have forgotten your login information, you can enter your email address (which is your username) and click on "Forgot Password?/First login"
You can then enter your email address in the box provided. A code will be sent to you by email.
If you do not receive the email with the login code (not even in your junk mail), contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Retrieve my payment or insurance receipts.
To access your payment or insurance receipts, log in to your client account, in the left-hand side menu click on the "billing" section. Your consultation dates, fees and payment status will be indicated. When the payment has been made, the "receipt" button appears. You can then download your receipts by clicking on them.
If the receipts do not download when you click on the button, it’s possible that your web browser is blocking the download of the files. Please check your browser settings and/or disable your Adblock extension.
I don't know how to download the documents from my consultations
To access your consultation summaries, log in to your client account in the "consultation summaries" section in the left-hand side menu. The dates of the appointments made will appear. Select the date of the desired appointment to scroll through the consultation objectives and attached documents. You can download the documents and the objectives by clicking on the "download" button.
Your opinion is important to us. This is why, when you log in, we ask for your opinion concerning the last meeting with your dietitian. Don’t hesitate to leave comments: they allow your dietitian to adapt for an optimal collaboration and to adequately meet your expectations.
I would like to edit a comment I left for my dietitian: how can I do that?
If you wish to modify your opinion, you can do so in the "billing" section, then "your opinion" by clicking on the "edit" button.
I want to reschedule or cancel my next appointment with my dietitian.
To reschedule or cancel your next appointment, please contact your dietitian directly by email. She will be able to offer you the best available time slot if necessary.
Please notify us at least 48 hours (business days) in advance to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, the consultation will be considered used.
To access your FIT Program KoalaPro Portal, log in to your client account. All the content can be found under the section "Fit KoalaPro".
I don’t have access to the FIT Program KoalaPro Portal, but I would like to benefit from this service.
Don't hesitate to discuss it with your dietitian, she will be happy to activate this service for you! You will have access to it for 30 days free of charge, with no obligation to subscribe. The FIT Program KoalaPro Portal contains a multitude of training videos, exclusive recipes, over 200$ in wellness discounts, nutrition video clips and educational articles, giving you additional tools to help you reach your goals.
I want to cancel my subscription to the exclusive content.
When you make an appointment with a TeamNutrition dietitian, you will have access to your FIT Program KoalaPro Portal for 30 days free of charge, with no obligation to subscribe. This portal contains a multitude of training videos, exclusive recipes, nutrition video clips, and educational articles, giving you additional tools to reach your goals. If you no longer wish to benefit from this service, you can cancel your subscription to the exclusive content at any time in the "my subscriptions" section of your client account by clicking on "cancel".
